For an article correction, website question or privacy enquiry, email [email protected]. Include the page URL and enough detail for us to understand the issue. If reporting an inaccurate venue rule, a link to the current official information is helpful.

Please do not send payment-card details, identity documents or a venue booking password. We do not need them to investigate an editorial correction.

For bookings and venue enquiries

Use the official Activate Oak Brook page for reservations, refunds, lost property, event arrangements and questions about the facility. Contacting this publisher does not cancel or change a venue booking.

We do not publish a guaranteed response time or telephone service hours.
