Website Use and Independence

Updated: 10 October 2026. These notes describe how to use Activate Chicago Oak Brook Guide, an independent visitor-information website.

Independent information

We are not Activate Games and do not operate its Oak Brook location. Articles help readers prepare questions and understand published information. We do not sell venue tickets, collect booking deposits or arrange refunds.

Check the terms of your actual booking

Prices, availability, room offerings and venue requirements can change. Check the official source and the terms attached to your selected reservation. An article on this website is not the contract for a venue booking and cannot authorise an exception to a venue rule.

External websites

Links take you to separate services, including venue sites and booking platforms. Those services control their own transactions, privacy notices and terms. Review them before submitting information or paying.

Our editorial text is published under the site name. Third-party names, trademarks and referenced materials belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply an official affiliation. If you believe material needs correction or removal, contact us with the relevant URL and details.

Comments and appropriate use

Keep comments relevant to the article. Do not post another person’s private information, harmful files or misleading claims. Submitted comments may be reviewed, edited for publication or removed. Avoid treating a public comment as a private support request.
